A little known club at Pomperaug High School is Model United Nations. This club is available to juniors and seniors who have an interest in current events or politics. Every year in January the club attends a conference hosted by Harvard University. . .

Perched atop of Mount Saint James in Worcester, Massachusetts, rests the College of the Holy Cross. Red brick buildings covered in climbing ivy make the college look unendingly New England-y, and the sculptures on the grass-green lawns make it all the more beautiful. The College of the Holy Cross is steeped in tradition, originally an all male school with strictly Catholic traditions; however, it is moving toward the future with a coed education and all the wonders of modern college life.

Perhaps the most fascinating aspect of economics is its astounding complexity, in that two Nobel prize winning experts can disagree almost entirely on how a society should manage its economic policy. Paul Krugman, a liberal economist, is of course extremely well versed on the subject. He believes in and preaches the word of the Keynesian economic theory. The late Milton Friedman, another hugely acclaimed economist, was staunchly conservative (fiscally) and almost never strayed from his deeply classical views.

We humans put animals inside of our own bodies so often that it’s quite refreshing to see the opposite. No, I don’t mean people getting eaten by animals (although that DOES have its own vorarephilic charm), but rather when structures enterable by humans are built in the shape of animals. . . .
